J. Keith Howie has watched the world through a viewfinder and has been making images for almost 40 years. Based in Calgary, Alberta in Canada and in Los Altos de Cerro Azul in Panama, Keith specializes in event and travel photography. His image library covers more than 20 different countries. Keith’s work includes travel writing as well as photography. He is a published writer and has won several photography awards. He is also a contributor to International Living Magazine and Living and Investing Overseas. He sells images directly and through a number of Micro-Stock agencies. Keith is the staff photographer for the Southern Alberta Chapter of the Canadian Red Cross and has shot for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies(IFRC) in Panama. He is also a regular shooter for Make-A-Wish Foundation in Southern Alberta, the Rainbow Society of Alberta and the Institute for Canadian Citizenship(ICC). Keith shoots Nikon and Pentax.
